So.  In Safeway's ad today, I came across this:

And then you go into Safeway's ad today, and cut out the double coupon depicted here: 

Scenario:

Buy 2 150oz 'tanks' of All for $23.98.  Take $6 off from the $3 off EACH deal when you buy 2.  Take another $2 off with the internet coupons.  And then-- take an additional $1 off from that (from the double coupon-- taking .50 off each).  

Savings:  $9!
