It seems that stores are starting to get couponer-savvy, and are trying to recoup anything they can buy getting just a little more money out of you, before you can grab that brass ring. Keep a watch though, as some are even now advertising- 'Buy 3 Get 1 (or more) Free', where getting 3 papers would be advisable.
